Eckberg Lammers is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support our Banking & Finance Litigation Group, with a specific focus on collections and foreclosure matters in Wisconsin and Minnesota. What You’ll Do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and manage pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other litigation documents in state and federal courts.
  • Support attorneys in all phases of collections and foreclosure litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case summaries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files using practice management systems.
  • Coordinate service of process, publication, and related litigation tasks.
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and third-party vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor case deadlines and court schedules to ensure timely filings and responses.

Is This You?

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or paralegal certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on collections and/or foreclosure matters in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
  • Strong knowledge of Wisconsin and Minnesota court procedures.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to integrity, client service, and professionalism.

Pay: $70,000 – $90,000
