The City of Lake Elmo names Eckberg Lammers as City Prosecutor

January 8, 2016 - Stillwater, MN: This past fall, Lake Elmo, MN City Administrators initiated a competitive Request for Proposal process for the position of City Prosecutor.  Following an interview in late December, Eckberg Lammers was appointed City Prosecutor by unanimous vote at the January 5th City Council meeting.  They currently serve as the city prosecutor in more than 12 eastern Twin City metro communities.

Rebecca Christensen will act as the primary chief prosecutor, with Joe Van Thomme and Thomas Lehmann taking on lead prosecutor duties and assist on special cases. Christensen stated that the firm is honored to represent Lake Elmo and work with its staff.  “We want to hit the ground running.” Eckberg Lammers began working with the city January 6, 2016.
