On Tuesday, August 8th, the City of Spring Lake Park, MN, along with housing developer Dominium, began the construction on a new multifamily residential rental housing facility to be named "Legends of Spring Lake Park."

Eckberg Lammers P.C. served as bond counsel to the City, who partnered with Dominium to develop a comprehensive financing package for construction of a 194-unit apartment facility. The facility, located at the site of an aging miniature golf complex, will consist of four stories including underground parking and many residential amenities. At the groundbreaking, Mayor Cindy Hansen remarked, "the project was the largest redevelopment undertaking in the City’s history."

With the assistance of the Eckberg Lammers team, the City issued more than $33,000,000 in revenue bonds for the project.  "We had the wonderful opportunity to represent the City to see this project through its 16-month approval process", stated lead attorney Andy Pratt.

Attorneys Andy Pratt, Daniel Burns, and Tom Loonan make up the Eckberg Lammers' legal team that worked diligently on this project.
