Eckberg Lammers Attorney Tom Lehmann Appointed 10th District Court Judge

STILLWATER MN; MAY 3, 2018: Governor Mark Dayton appointed Eckberg Lammers, P.C. attorney Thomas R. Lehmann to District Court Judge in Minnesota’s Tenth Judicial District. Tom will replace the Honorable Lawrence R. Johnson, who is retiring after 17 years on the bench. He will be chambered at the Anoka County Courthouse beginning in June.

"I am pleased to appoint Mr. Thomas Lehmann to serve as District Court Judge,” said Governor Dayton. “Mr. Lehmann will bring valuable knowledge of both civil and criminal law to the Tenth Judicial District. I thank him for his willingness to serve the people of Minnesota.”

Tom has practiced law for more than 25 years, serving businesses, individuals and local governments. As an attorney with Eckberg Lammers, he has served as City Attorney and City Prosecutor for several municipalities in Dakota County. “We thank Tom for his leadership, dedication and service to our firm, clients and the community.
