Christopher T. Nelson Joins Eckberg Lammers, P.C.

October 14, 2019 - Stillwater, MN: Eckberg Lammers is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher Nelson as we expand our Municipal Law group. In his new role, Christopher will serve as one of Eckberg Lammers’ lead civil municipal attorneys.

“The addition of Christopher is part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to the firm’s Municipal Law practice,” shareholder Tom Weidner stated. “Christopher brings with him a well-rounded legal background that will aid in providing our municipalities with quality representation and results.”

Christopher has an exceptional acumen for guiding local government clients throughout Minnesota, representing numerous municipalities prior to joining Eckberg Lammers. He works diligently with his clients across the variety of issues municipalities face to protect their interests and help them achieve their goals.

Christopher earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2013 from William Mitchell College of Law. After graduation, Christopher worked in the public sector, where he clerked for the Honorable Ross L. Leuning of the Third Judicial District, gaining experience on civil, criminal and family law cases. He then worked for the Housing Justice Center focusing on affordable housing litigation and policy before starting in private practice in 2017.
