Eckberg Lammers Announces New FREE Program - Wills for Workers

March 30, 2020 - Stillwater, MN: Eckberg Lammers is proud to introduce Wills for Workers a relief program available to healthcare providers and first responders (including paramedics, police officers, and firefighters) in the St. Croix Valley, who are on the frontline during this pandemic.

These heroes are risking their health and welfare every day to help and serve others in the community. Now it is our turn to give something back and give them one less thing to worry about as they fight this disease. That is why, if you are a healthcare provider or first responder – servicing or living in the St. Croix Valley we are offering FREE basic Estate Planning Services, including:

  • Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Healthcare Directives
  • HIPAA Releases
  • Electronic Authorizations

Our Estate Planning team delivers custom estate planning services specific to individual needs so you can enjoy peace of mind both during and after this pandemic.

How to apply

Step One: Visit Eckberg Lammers – Wills for Workers and download either the Minnesota or Wisconsin Estate Planning Guide, based on your state of residency.

Step Two: Complete the fillable guide and return it to our office – along with proof of employment, such as an employee badge or other verification, by emailing them to willsforworkers@eckberglammers.com

Step Three: A member of our team will then contact you to set up a convenient time, day or night, for a video or telephone conference to discuss your planning.

Step Four: You will receive an e-mail with the draft(s) of your will, power of attorney and/or health care directive for your review and schedule a time for execution.

Step Five: Visit our Stillwater Office, at the scheduled time, to execute your documents in a no contact environment.

Step Six: You will receive an e-mail of your executed documents.The physical copies will remain in our office for 60 days in a sealed envelope after which time you may pick them up.
