The City of Hudson, Wisconsin Names Nicholas Vivian, Eckberg Lammers Law Firm, as City Attorney

March 16, 2021 – Hudson, Wisconsin: At the recommendation of the City Administrator, on Monday March 15th, the Hudson City Council has named Nicholas Vivian to fill the role of City Attorney. Nick is a managing shareholder and lead attorney for the firm’s municipal, banking & finance, business and real estate groups. He has a long history of working with local governments, business and financial institutions to achieve the goals of all parties. He has represented a number of communities throughout the St. Croix River Valley.

Nick offices out of the firm’s downtown Hudson office and lives in the area with his family. He has been an affluent member of the community for the last decade and has served on the Board for the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, Momentum West and the St. Croix Economic Development Corporation. Nick also currently serves as the City attorney for the City of New Richmond and the Towns of Star Prairie and Trade Lake, Wisconsin.

Nick’s appointment with the City will begin on May 1, 2021
