This is done through a holistic process aimed at learning perspectives and providing guidance to engage and listen to others, work together to pursue integrative solutions, and commit to next steps towards improved communication, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Attorney Shareholder, Pam Whitmore is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral in the state of Minnesota and lead attorney for the Conflict Management Solutions practice. She joins Eckberg Lammers from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust where she developed and successfully implemented a conflict management program providing these services to the Trust’s 800+ members. She has presented nationally to various public and private organizations on these unique services and specifically has focused on conflict management, alternative dispute remedies, workplace dialogues and trainings, difficult conversations, and improved communication skills.
