The City of Woodbury Appoints Eckberg Lammers to Provide Civil Municipal and Renews Prosecution Services to the City

November 23, 2021 – Stillwater, Minnesota: On Wednesday, November 10th, the Woodbury City Council appointed Eckberg Lammers as Civil Municipal Counsel.

Attorney Pamela Whitmore will fill the role of lead City Attorney, with Kevin Sandstrom acting as assistant City Attorney. With over twenty-eight years combined experience working with municipalities in all areas of general municipal law, both Pam and Kevin’s experience will be a valued addition to the City. “We are excited to join the City of Woodbury team and appreciate the opportunity to serve as City Attorney,” said attorney Pam Whitmore.

The firm will provide comprehensive representation for all civil law-related matters brought before the City. In addition to the civil representation, our prosecution team also received support from the council to renew the existing contract for misdemeanor prosecution work.

Eckberg Lammers will start providing Civil City Attorney services in January 2022.
