Eckberg Lammers is proud to announce that Lida Bannink, Shareholder and lead attorney of our Labor & Employment practice group, has been named to Minnesota Lawyer’s 2026 Top Women in Law list. The annual recognition honors women attorneys across Minnesota for their professional accomplishments, leadership, and contributions to the legal profession and their communities.

Lida leads Eckberg Lammers’ Labor & Employment group, where she places a special emphasis on counseling employers—both businesses and municipalities—on navigating the complex web of laws and regulations that shape their human resource needs. An educator at heart, Lida also provides proactive workplace training, equipping clients and their managers with practical tools to prevent issues before they arise. She has been with the firm since June of 2015.
