Rebecca Baack

Of Counsel

Areas of Practice

Rebecca has been a key member of our municipal law practice for the past seven years, serving as prosecutor for several of the Cities we serve. Over that time, she’s accumulated an in-depth knowledge of the criminal court system and developed a keen acumen for court actions, which help her effectively and efficiently fulfill clients’ needs.

Rebecca believes one of the most critical components for success in municipal law is communication. That is why she’s proud to have been a primary liaison to clients, law enforcement agencies, maintaining open and constant contact with police chiefs, officers and city staff to ensure consistent flow of information during all active case work.

Rebecca is also committed to community service and outreach serving on various boards throughout Washington County as well as volunteering her time to serve as coach for the Stillwater Area High School Mock Trial Team.
