Minnesota Supreme Court released its opinion in State of Minnesota vs. Robin Lyne Hensel

On September 13, 2017, the Minnesota Supreme Court released its opinion in State of Minnesota vs. Robin Lyne Hensel, A15-0005 (filed September 13, 2017). The Court held that Minnesota Statute §609.72, subdivision 1(2), which makes it a crime to "disturb public meetings or assemblies," is unconstitutionally overbroad under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution."
