Overview
Derek Archambault is an attorney in our Municipal Law Group who focuses on criminal prosecution and municipal civil counsel for the Cities we serve. He brings more than ten years’ experience handling cases regarding code enforcement, ordinance review, land use violations, municipal prosecution and appellate practice to his role with the firm.
Derek holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications Studies from the University of St. Thomas in 2006.
Derek lives in the west metro. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Twin Cities’ parks, biking paths, and hiking trails. He is an avid reader with an affinity for classical literature and non-fiction. He loves traveling to new places with historical significance, but admits he often frustrates his travel companions by stopping to read every historical marker along the way! Derek also spends a large portion of his fall and winter being disappointed by the Vikings and Wild.
