This presentation will focus on innovative solutions to improve employee retention, reduce taxable burden, and transition the business at time of sale.   In addition to more commonly utilized benefit strategies such as health insurance funding methods, we will also discuss solutions to allow employee & employer to defer funds into tax-advantaged platforms over and beyond the traditionally utilized retirement plans while placing emphasis on business succession approaches.
