Tom is a shareholder at Eckberg Lammers and the lead attorney of our Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice. A highly-skilled negotiator and litigator with more than 27 years’ experience in the field, Tom aggressively, yet compassionately seeks justice for individuals and families reeling from serious injury or death resulting from the negligence of others. Tom has also served as a criminal prosecutor for cities throughout Minnesota. Today, he is the firm’s supervising attorney and main client service contact for the criminal prosecution team within our Municipal Law practice.

Tom lives in Stillwater, MN with his wife. He has two grown children and is active in the community.
