Overview

Keith Marnholtz has more than 10 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities across various types of litigation. Prior to joining Eckberg Lammers Keith managed the litigation practice for a large international company. He uses his diverse background in business, franchise law, and litigation to frame and address his client’s issues in a manner best suited to position them to maximize their objectives and goals.

Keith has successfully litigated cases for his clients at the state level in Minnesota and federal levels in Minnesota, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Western District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois and Northern District of Indiana; and before various arbitration tribunals.

Keith lives in the north metro with his wife and three children. When not assisting clients, he can typically be found at an area rink with one of his children coaching or watching hockey or exploring the great outdoors. He and his wife have a lifetime goal of visiting every national park.
