From a comprehensive one-day program designed for quick but impactful insights to fully customizable plans based on your organization’s unique needs, Shawn offers a range of options to meet your goals.

Shawn’s approach to DEI training focuses on changing the approach to its functional order to: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

Equity:

He is a firm believer that organizations need to first build equity into their organizational system through individual and group discovery, inventory and assessment, and engaging, in-person education and facilitation. He understands that different departments and workgroups have varying levels of experience in equity work and seeks to meet them where they are at on their organizations journey.

Diversity:

Once organizations establish an equity baseline, he then focus on diversity. This phase includes assessing current recruiting and hiring practices through an EDI lens and working with human resources to implement an action plan to improve diversity in job candidates and the organization.

Inclusion:

Once diversity is given the appropriate power and authority, it allows space to create inclusion, including building a culture which supports equity, continues growth in diversity and sustains inclusiveness through a BIPOC leadership plan.

Is your organization ready to revolutionize its approach to EDI? Unlock the power of EDI integration within your organization, contact Shawn today. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to drive positive change!
