This role will provide support for our civil municipal, employment and litigation areas of law by assisting in preparing, reviewing and summarizing legal documents and contracts; and conducting legal research involving advanced and complex issues.

What You’ll Do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Draft documents, including letters, resolutions, and ordinances.
  • Obtain information from various parties, analyze and incorporate into documents.
  • Work directly with attorneys to identify and coordinate the completion of projects.
  • Interact with clients and third parties.
  • File management and organization.
  • Court calendaring and docketing
  • Assembling briefs, motions, and pleadings
  • Assisting attorneys with trial and trial preparation
  • Document review for fact investigation
  • Electronic filing of documents in state and federal courts
  • Special projects as assigned

Is This You?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role.
  • Profound knowledge of business and commercial law, encompassing corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
