About Us

  • History

    In 1949, founder Lyle Eckberg started his practice dedicating himself to his community and clients. He partnered with James Lammers in the late 1960’s and over the next 40+ years, the two grew Eckberg Lammers to one of the most reputable firms in the St. Croix Valley. The firm celebrated our 70th Anniversary in 2019.

  • Administrative Assistant in a Law Enforcement Training Organization

    A Training Coordinator will provide support for training, auditing and criminal investigative services.

Law Clerk Program

We have year-round law clerk positions available. Clerks have the ability to work closely with all of the firm’s attorneys across a variety of practice areas. This provides the individual with the opportunity to have a working knowledge of individual, business and municipal law practices. Typical assignments include case law research, writing legal memorandums, drafting of pleadings and discovery documents.
