
Gun Laws 101: State and Federal Firearms Restrictions, ERPOs, and More
This course is an overview of federal and state firearms disqualification issues, including domestic violence related convictions, mental health issues, Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs) and many more. The course will cover the main legal concepts encountered when processing permits to purchase or carry, as well as the process and rules regarding ERPOs.
Attendees will receive an electronic and hard copy of the course’s Firearms Prohibitions Guide.
