Leadership Training Series: Unlocking Leadership Through Culture

Two-Part Training | Attend Both Trainings

The success of an organization correlates directly to the strength of its leaders.

Leadership plays a pivotal role in the success of any organization, serving as the guiding force that steers teams toward achieving common goals. Effective leadership sets the tone for organizational culture, inspires innovation, and cultivates a sense of purpose among employees. A strong leader fosters trust, transparency, and open communication, creating an environment where individuals feel valued and motivated to contribute their best. Exceptional leadership not only empowers individuals but also nurtures talent, develops future leaders, and builds resilience within the organization.

Whether you are a company looking to expand and strengthen your leaders or want to grow and develop as a leader yourself, this is the event for your entire leadership team!

Join this two-part leadership training hosted by Eckberg Lammers, where we will help leaders hone their leadership skills through exploration and understanding of organizational culture through a platform called Culture Talk. Culture Talk is an organizational assessment tool used to identify cultural factors within individuals, and helps leaders understand how the workplace and organization are connected.  Culture Talk offers deeper insights into the ‘why’ behind behaviors, aligns strategies, maximizes potential, enhances motivation, and fosters opportunities for growth and collaboration. This comprehensive workshop is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to harness the potential of their teams and drive organizational success.

Session 1: AUGUST 6th: Culture Talk Assessment Review & Interpretation

In the first session, participants will review the Culture Talk assessment, a powerful tool that unveils the driving cultural factors within your organization. Through expert guidance, attendees will gain valuable insights into interpreting the assessment results, understanding the underlying motivations behind workforce behavior, and identifying key areas for growth and improvement.

Attendees will be asked in the weeks prior to the event to take the assessment tool individually. These results will then be utilized and analyzed throughout the seminar.

Session 2: October 3rd: Implementing Culture Talk in Leadership

The second session focuses on practical application as leaders learn how to effectively utilize Culture Talk within their organizations. From aligning team dynamics to fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, participants will explore strategies to leverage cultural insights for enhanced leadership effectiveness and organizational cohesion.
