What’s the time commitment? This is completely flexible and on your own schedule. You will receive a calendar invite that is recurring. We will use the same Zoom link from month to month. IMPORTANTLY, signing up does not mean you have an obligation to attend each and every month, but will ensure that you receive the Zoom link and have the opportunity to participate. Even if you cannot attend a specific month you should NOT delete the calendar invitation with the Zoom link so that you have it for future use.
Please note you will only be asked to register for the first session.
