Join us in welcoming the newest attorney to our Civil Litigation team, Jon Dalager. Jon joins the firm after a distinguished higher-education career as a professor, dean, and administrator for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

A native of Morris, Minnesota Jon earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and has practiced law in Minnesota, North Dakota, Illinois, and Kentucky. His academic research focused on legal issues in higher education, and he is an internationally recognized scholar with many publications and presentations concerning academic freedom, faculty tenure, employment law in higher education, and equity practices.
