Eckberg Lammers, P.C. wins $11.5 Million Verdict for Clients
Tom Weidner, lead attorney for Eckberg Lammers in Polk County Sexual Assault Case, stated, "We believed our clients had a very strong case. We certainly were pleased with the jury's findings, but are frankly more grateful that our clients can now realize some sense of closure and focus on the healing process. We are very honored to have represented each of our clients in this matter."

Based on his many years of experience, Tom understands that dealing with the physical and emotional pain of serious injury or the death of a loved one can be debilitating. When that pain is compounded by loss of income, significant medical bills or funeral expenses, many are left completely devastated and have no idea how to move forward. This is what compels Tom to do what he does. He believes no one who has been the victim of someone else's negligence or criminal activity should be forced to face financial crisis and an uncertain future. His representation style reflects that. He aggressively takes on insurance companies, large corporations and any other responsible parties to fight for the justice and compensation his clients deserve; all with a level of compassion and personal service that helps his clients focus on healing and recovery.
Tom has also served as a criminal prosecutor for cities throughout Minnesota. Today, he is the firm’s supervising attorney and main client service contact for the criminal prosecution team within our Municipal Law practice.
Tom lives in Stillwater, MN with his wife. He has two grown children and is active in the community.
