Overview
Jacob is an attorney with Eckberg Lammers whose practice is focused on helping his clients in both the private and public sectors find solutions to their real estate, business, and civil municipal law issues. As a city attorney, he provides comprehensive legal counsel to the firm’s municipal clients, addressing a wide array of civil municipal legal needs.
Jacob also devotes a significant portion of this practice to real estate matters ranging from routine to complex, including purchase, sale, and lease transactions, survey and title review, easements and access issues, development projects, easements, solar lease agreements, and zoning and land use, and tax abatement and subsidies. His clients also turn to him when they need help with important personal and business matters.
Jake stays busy even when he is not practicing law. If he is not picking up toys off the floor or spending time with family then you can find him cycling, running, skiing, playing basketball, or looking for golf balls. He also enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with family and friends.
