Kyle is a member of our litigation and business advisory teams. He runs a full-service litigation practice with a strategic focus on business, construction, and municipal law. With over eight years of legal experience and more than a decade of military leadership, Kyle brings a results-driven, client-first approach to legal strategy, risk management, and conflict resolution.

Kyle advises business clients across a range of industries, providing legal counsel that aligns with operational goals while minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. His experience includes complex contract negotiation, litigation management, and developing proactive legal solutions to support long-term client success. He is also a trusted advisor to municipalities, helping local governments navigate ordinances, policy development, and state and federal compliance.

In addition to his private practice, Kyle serves as the Municipal Judge for the City of Hudson, Wisconsin.

A decorated officer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, Kyle has enjoyed three commands, including one during a combat deployment to Afghanistan. His military service has sharpened his leadership, crisis management, and team development skills, assets he brings to every legal and strategic challenge.

Kyle has contributed a chapter to the Wisconsin Attorney’s Desk Reference (State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE) since 2016. He holds a J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

Outside of his legal and military commitments, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family exploring the natural beauty of America’s national parks. An avid outdoorsman, he values the quiet discipline of hunting, the thrill of downhill skiing, and the restorative power of time spent in nature. Kyle and his family are proud to call the St. Croix River Valley home, where they actively enjoy the region’s scenic landscapes and vibrant community life. Whether on the trails, the slopes, or the water, Kyle finds balance and connection through the outdoors and the people who share in it.
