Eckberg Lammers is proud to welcome Kyle Schaffer, a seasoned attorney and military leader, to its litigation and business teams. Known for his strategic, results-driven approach, Kyle brings over eight years of legal experience and a decade of command leadership in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Kyle’s full-service litigation practice is built on deep expertise in business, construction, and municipal law. He advises clients across industries, aligning legal strategies with operational goals while minimizing risk.

A decorated officer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, Kyle has enjoyed three commands, including one during a combat deployment to Afghanistan. His military service has sharpened his leadership, crisis management, and team development skills, assets he brings to every legal and strategic challenge.

Kyle holds a J.D. from the University of St. Thomas Law School and a B.S. In Sociology from the University of Wisconsin River Falls.

Outside of his legal and military roles, Kyle embraces nature with his family in America’s national parks. A devoted outdoorsman, he finds purpose in hunting, skiing, and the peaceful rhythm of outdoor life. Proud residents of the St. Croix River Valley, he stays connected through the region’s landscapes and vibrant community.
