Through his long-standing service as a Board Member and governance leader, he has played an important role in strengthening Reach for Resources and helping ensure its mission is carried forward with integrity, accountability, and care.

In particular, Patrick made significant contributions to governance and board development through his work on the Governance Committee. His efforts helped guide policy creation and review with a focus on best practices, legal responsibility, and ethical stewardship. He also generously shared his legal insight by reviewing contracts and offering guidance ahead of key organizational decisions, helping protect Reach’s interests and support sound decision-making.

At Eckberg Lammers, Patrick leads the firm’s Estate Planning, Trust & Probate team, where he brings the same thoughtful guidance, integrity, and commitment to service that have defined his work with Reach for Resources.
