Eckberg Lammers is pleased to announce that Adrian LaFavor-Montez has joined the firm’s municipal prosecution team.

With more than a decade of experience in municipal prosecution, LaFavor-Montez brings a strong record of public service and collaboration with local governments. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with community leaders, law enforcement, and local stakeholders to address complex public safety challenges facing municipalities.

LaFavor-Montez is known for his proactive approach to prosecution and community engagement. His work includes educating law enforcement officers and command staff on developments in the law, as well as partnering with victims, residents, and local businesses to help ensure communities remain safe, supported, and whole.

In his free time, Adrian enjoys golfing, skiing, playing guitar, camping, and spending time with his family.
