Eckberg Lammers is pleased to announce that Meredith Dworsky has joined the firm as an attorney in its Business Transactions and Municipal practice groups. Meredith’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate, and contract review, and she also assists the firm’s municipal clients with similar transactional needs.

Meredith holds a J.D., cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Before joining the firm, she worked as an associate attorney at a Chicago-based firm serving area municipalities, and earlier as a technology management consultant.
